Sunset Royale
Sunset Royale is a seven apartment beach house located 100 yards from the beach at Access #7, and one-block from the tropical Village of Siesta Key. Sunset Royale features a heated pool and spa along with our poolside surfboard bar and barbecue.
Our 1st and 2nd floor have identical layouts with our 2 bed / 2 bath unit in the middle and our 1 bdrm unit to the right and studio apartment to the left. Both offer adjoining doors allowing you to change our 2-bedroom/2-bath to a 3-bedroom/3-bath or a 4-bedroom/4-bath on each of these floors.
Our 3rd floor Penthouse Studio Suite provides a breathtaking view with over 500 sq. ft. of private open balcony which includes a large sundeck across the front of your apartment and alfresco dining under a sun protection awning furnished with solid teak chairs and table. Balcony off of the bedroom area is a great location for your morning beverage as the sun comes up over Siesta Key. Inside features a walk through bathroom with a large shower and a gourmet kitchen with Jenn-air range and grill. A 50 inch TV is located in the living area.
