About Siesta Sunset Royale Beach House

Our seven apartment beach house is located 100 yards from the beach at Access #7 and one-block from the tropical Village of Siesta Key. Heated pool and spa along with our poolside surfboard bar and barbecue give our guests many choices to very their daily routine. Our 1st and 2nd floor above ground level have identical layouts with our two-bedroom/two-bath vacation rental apartment in the middle and our one-bedroom vacation rental apartment to the right, studio vacation rental apartment to the left and both with adjoining doors allowing you to change our 2-bedroom/2-bath to a 3-bedroom/3-bath or a 4-bedroom/4-bath on each of these floors.

Our our 3rd floor Penthouse Studio Suite provides you with a breathtaking view and over 500 sq. ft. of private open balcony which includes a large sundeck across the front of your apartment and alfresco dining under a sun protection awning furnished with solid teak chairs and table. Balcony off of the bedroom area is a great location for your morning beverage as the sun comes up over Siesta Key. This studio apartment does not stop there. Inside you will have a walk through bathroom where your shower for two provides a great way to start or end any day, a gourmet kitchen with Jenn-air range and grill in the spacious kitchen island and 50 inch plasma TV Home Theater with bathroom and deck music to keep your music in your ears.

All bedrooms have king-size beds four of the seven apartments have queen-size sofa beds in living room areas. Each apartment has full size refrigerator with an ice-maker, dishwasher and all the dishes, kitchen utensils, flatware and glasses, cups, dishes required.

Our laundry lounge with views of the Gulf of Mexico brings happiness to this chore and we supply your detergent with no coins needed for our washer and dryer. Enterprise WiFi delivers Internet to all of your devices anywhere on our property.
