10% discount when more than one apartment rented for the same dates.

We have no minimum stay at Siesta Sunset Royale although we only accept reservations of less than 4 nights until we are 20 days or less from your arrival date.

Six percent discount (6%) provided on stays of 28 nights or longer and is reflected in the monthy rates above. This discount is also valid when moving from one vacation rental to another during a contiguous stay.

Penthouse condos at Sunset Royale has a one-week minimum stay

All rentals are subject to a 12% sales tax.

No Cleaning fees or other charges for our rentals.

We attempt to provide first right of refusal on future dates to our rental guests who have reserved the previous year unless they have departed with out reserving.
