Alfresco dining under a protective awning while you enjoy the beach and Gulf of Mexico plus a sun balcony across the entire from of this special condo that promises to keep your tan for months after you have left for home. Shower for two and chaise lounge inside and on sun deck for two.
No vehicle is required once you have arrived. 100 yards from beach at Siesta Beach access #7 and one block from the Village. Gourmet kitchen includes a Jenn Air Grill with convection oven. Siesta Sunset Royale is not a handicap accessible building, but the steps to our penthouse studio suite will keep you in shape to take on our three and a half mile beach of white quartz sand with Gulf breeze keeping you refreshed and our warm clear azure blue Gulf of Mexico salt water with white quartz sand on the bottom give you a wonderful view and insight on our incredible Siesta Key experience. ***You will need sunscreen. Try 50 SPF or higher and reapply each time you come out of the water.
When you return to your accommodation at Siesta Sunset Royale our fresh water pool is maintained at 85 degrees and our spa at 102 degrees.
After the beach and pool, the tropical Village of Siesta Key is a very short one and a half block walk with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and more, much more. If you like ice cream you will find five, make that six delicious ice cream shops to temp your palate and waistline.

Cancellation Policy
If renter sends written notice of cancellation of reservation ninety (90) days prior to occupancy in the winter season and thirty (30) days
in the other seasons, all advance deposits will be refunded. If renter does not send written cancellation of the reservation within the
above listed required time frames, tenant understands and agrees that the entire amount of money held (advance rent only) could be
forfeited. Refund of any advance rent will be made if the property is re-rented for the same time period or longer. No refunds
for no-shows or early departures.
