Ideal accommodations for famlies with a king-size bed in each bedroom, queen-size sofa bed with enhanced memory foam mattress in living room including all sheets, mattress covers, pillows with covers and blankets. Wall mounted professional hair dryers in all bathrooms. Full kitchen and dining room for six with all dinnerware, dish cloths, towels, silverware, cups, glasses, pots & pans and other kitchen supplies for making wonderful meals. Coffee pot, tea kettle, serving bowls and platters. Full size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, wall mounted microwave oven, four burner cooktop with conventional oven. Blender and other kitchen items also provided.
Enterprise level WiFi Internet with a LAN connection for direction connection of laptop computers. Siesta Sunset Royale also give you full access to our skydeck four flights up from our ground floor that will give you panoramic views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key.
We are 100 yards from your direct access to the beach and one-block from the tropical Village of Siesta Key. Each apartment at Siesta Sunset Royale has a parking space in front of our building although traveling to Siesta Key and staying at our accommodations is easily acheived with no vehicle. Uber provides reasonal transporation from all Florida area airports and a cab ride from Sarasota/Bradenton including tip is about $35.00.

Cancellation Policy
If renter sends written notice of cancellation of reservation ninety (90) days prior to occupancy in the winter season and thirty (30) days
in the other seasons, all advance deposits will be refunded. If renter does not send written cancellation of the reservation within the
above listed required time frames, tenant understands and agrees that the entire amount of money held (advance rent only) could be
forfeited. Refund of any advance rent will be made if the property is re-rented for the same time period or longer. No refunds
for no-shows or early departures.
